Gluten Free,Low Carb, AND sugar free Muffins! safe

This recipe is so easy to throw together and get into the oven. Your family will love them.

Prep time 10 minutes
Cooking time
Servings 9 to 12 muffins

Ingredients

2 cups almond meal
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
1/3 cup sweetener
1/3 cup water

Instructions

Heat oven to 350

Spray muffin pan with cooking oil.

Mix dry ingredients together.

mix when ingredients in a separate bowl. Then add to dry ingredients. Mixing well.

Pour into muffin tins about 2/3 full.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Cool on a cooling rack.
