Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil (or other cooking oil)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup gluten free flour (see notes*)
1/4 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
2 tbsp vanilla Jell O instant pudding mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Mini marshmallows
M&M’s candy
Hot fudge sauce
Whipping Cream
Sprinkles
Instructions
Melt butter, unsweetened chocolate, and coconut oil. Add the sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, instant pudding, eggs and vanilla. Pour into 6 small tart pans that have been greased and placed on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the brownie is done.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. These can be made the day before and assembled when you are ready to serve.
Top each “tart” with a handful of mini marshmallows and broil until slightly browned. Remove from oven, sprinkle with M&M’s, a dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with hot fudge sauce. Add sprinkles. Remove from tart pan and serve.
