About: Hi! My name is Grace. I'm 19 years old and I'm a freshman at UGA studying linguistics and Chinese. I love crafts and cooking/baking (unfortunately, I live in a dorm now, but I'm counting the days until I have a kitchen in my apartment next year!). Although I'm not actually a celiac, I had been having problems for months with general sluggishness/tiredness/depression, stomach issues, etc. Then, my mom reminded me that when I had gone gluten-free for fun one time, I lost weight easily, had more energy, and said that I felt much better. I spent some time googling gluten sensitivity and decided to make my diet completely gluten-free as of January 11th, 2012. I feel so much healthier and I'm loving the challenge of finding tasty gluten-free recipes and meal/snack ideas! Come visit my blog :D
