Description
These are dried flakes of potato. Most brands are naturally gluten free (always check!) and very inexpensive to buy. They can be used for a lot of different recipes as well as for making mashed potatoes really fast.

Worcestershire Sauce
Description
Again, I'm not aware of any unsafe Worcestershire sauce, but make sure to read the label. My favorite brand is Lea & Perrins. Note from @marissa ... Most brands of Worcestershire sauce use malt vinegar. Lea & Perrins says on their site that they are "suitable to a gluten free diet" but they don't claim to be totally gluten free
